A Jamaal's Industrial crew and backhoe working on a construction site in Trinidad

Core service

Industrial transport

Moving heavy and awkward loads is where this company started, and it is still what most clients call us for first.

What this covers

Plant, machinery, containers and oversized loads moved anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago.

We move plant, machinery, containers, aggregate and materials between yards, ports and sites across Trinidad and Tobago. That includes the loads that will not fit on an ordinary tray — tracked machines, tanks, structural steel and equipment that has to be routed, permitted and escorted rather than simply driven.

Because we run our own construction crews, we understand what happens at both ends of the journey. A machine arrives where the operator can actually use it, on ground that will take its weight, at the point in the programme when it is needed.

A typical scope for this service. Anything here can be taken on its own or as part of a wider contract.

  • Container haulage between port, yard and site
  • Oversized and abnormal load movements, routed and permitted

  • Site access assessment before the load is dispatched
  • Scheduled and out-of-hours movements

How it runs

From enquiry to handover

The same four steps on every job, whatever its size.

Enquiry

Call or send the form. Tell us the job, the location and when you need it — that is enough to start.

Site assessment

We come and look. Access, ground conditions and constraints decide the method, and they are not visible from an email.

Scope and quote

A written scope and price, with what is included and what is not stated plainly.

Execution and handover

We do the work to the agreed programme, and hand over with the documentation it needs.

Questions

About industrial transport

Do you move equipment you did not supply?
Yes. Transport is a standalone service — the plant does not have to be ours or the project ours.
Can you handle abnormal loads?
Yes, including routing and the permits an oversized movement requires. Tell us the dimensions and weight and we will confirm what is involved.
