As a General Contractor, we assume full responsibility for project delivery from inception to completion—holding the head contract, managing programme timelines, coordinating all subcontractors and trades, and overseeing procurement, site execution, quality control, and final handover.

Our role is to simplify delivery for our clients. Instead of navigating multiple independent trades, you engage a single accountable partner who drives the entire process—ensuring alignment, efficiency, and clear responsibility at every stage.

Where we are engaged either under a separate head contract or to execute defined structural and civil works, this falls within our Building & Civil Construction capability.

Our leadership combines strategic planning with practical site execution. This ensures every project is managed to programme—not left to react week by week—delivering controlled, coordinated outcomes built on precision and accountability.

Scope

This service can be engaged as a complete package or on a standalone basis, depending on project requirements. We take full responsibility for delivering coordinated, efficient, and controlled construction outcomes.

As General Contractor, we manage the entire delivery process under the head contract—covering programme development, procurement, subcontractor coordination, site supervision, quality assurance, and final project handover. This ensures a single point of accountability from start to finish, removing the complexity of managing multiple independent trades and mitigating delays, disputes, and inefficiencies on site.

Where required, this service can also be engaged on a trade-specific or standalone basis, either under our own head contract or as part of a broader construction team. In such cases, our work is delivered under our Building & Civil Construction scope.

Each element of the service is flexible and can be tailored to suit project scale, complexity, and delivery structure—whether as a full turnkey solution or as part of a wider contract arrangement.

General contracting is the managed offer — we hold the contract and coordinate everyone. Building and civil construction is the executed offer — our own crews performing the structural and civil work.
